Refund Policy

If a customer accidentally makes double payments for the same course or program, they are eligible for a refund.

1. If you have made a payment for any program but not able to access it, please contact us at support@kodacy.com.

2. If you encounter any difficulties or have doubts during any of our courses, please contact us via email at support@kodacy.com.

3. If you have already purchased courses individually and then purchased any of our course bundles, refunds are not applicable for the courses bought separately.

4. If a customer successfully makes a payment and gains access to the purchased course or program but later changes their mind or decides not to attend, they will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund for hardware purchased from Kodacy, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging.

We also offer the option to update your name before starting your registered programmes. However, please note that once your name is changed, we cannot accommodate repeated name change requests. Kindly wait for the confirmation email regarding your updated name before beginning your registered programs. We are committed to supporting the fair use of our platform.
